Prelude 4. Waiting

asked me to draw this part of our play and I was happy (and scared) to try.

I am not professional, I don't want to be a professional and I couldn't care less about being or not a professional artist, so I'll work on this as I want, the length of time I want and for as many pages that I want to tell what I want. That said, backgrounds sucks, I hate shading and I don't color.

Some facts that you need to know to understand what's going on:

- This comic will show what happened the first time Michelle and Yusuf saw each other in 'the real world'. They were in love in their past lives, and when they were alive in this one, they both dreamt with each other, beyond time and space, as the time gap between them is incredibly huge (but there's a reason for that). What they have is True Love. Even after death and turning into vampires, there were sometimes that they 'dreamt' with each other. Yusuf has spent the last centuries looking for her hopelessly everywhere, and she has been waiting for him. As and I have imagined their story, there's nothing in this world or in another that could prevent these two to finally find each other, and there's nothing or no one in this world or in another that can separate them or mean anything for them more than each other. Maybe their kids and Aristos are 'almost' equal to them, but they can't live without each other, and they were miserable during the long centuries separated.

- This particular page shows Egypt, where Michelle was staying sent by the Camarilla to investigate some murders alongside a companion. They both were attacked earlier that night, but couldn't see their attacker. Now, that very same attacker has sent a message to her.
